What we stand for
Four promises, no shortcuts
Recipes with a lineage
Every blend starts from a traditional Indian preparation — the kind that takes hours of grinding, toasting and tasting — then is refined until it works at service pace.
The same spoonful, every time
Small-batch mixing and defined recipes mean today's marinade tastes exactly like last month's. Consistency is the whole point of a premix.
Labels that tell you everything
Ingredients, methods, suggested dishes, nutrition and storage — printed plainly on every pack, because professional kitchens plan on facts, not guesswork.
Built for volume
One 1 kg pack yields around 9 kg of finished tikka. That math is what makes Cook G a back-of-house workhorse rather than a shelf ornament.

Where flavour is decided
Great service is won at the prep table
Long before the first skewer hits the coals, a kitchen decides what the evening will taste like. That is where Cook G earns its place — a measured, balanced base that slots straight into a chef's mise en place beside the fresh herbs, hung curd and proteins.
Less grinding, less tasting, less second-guessing. More time spent on fire, finish and plating — the parts guests remember.
The range
Five premixes, one philosophy
From the classic char of Red Tandoori to the fresh green lift of Hariyali, every variant follows the same rule — a traditional Indian recipe, balanced once, delivered consistently forever.
Red Tandoori
The classic — fiery Kashmiri chilli colour and char.
Malai Tandoori
Creamy, gentle and mellow with cardamom warmth.
Anari Tandoori
Tangy pomegranate brightness with a dry-spice finish.
Yellow Tandoori
Saffron-gold hue, aromatic and buttery on the palate.
Hariyali Tandoori
Fresh mint and coriander greenery in every marinade.

The fire behind the brand
Everything ends at the tandoor
The tandoor does not forgive. Too much salt, too little colour, a marinade that slips off the skewer — the coals expose every shortcut in seconds. That unforgiving test is exactly what we design against.
Every Cook G blend is judged the traditional way: mixed into curd, coated on real paneer and chicken, and roasted over live coals until it either earns its place on the menu or goes back to the grinding stone. Only blends that survive that fire carry the name.

How Cook G began
PV Enterprises worked closely with professional kitchens and kept hearing the same frustration: marinades made from scratch are beautiful, but they are slow, inconsistent and impossible to scale. Cook G was our answer — a house brand that captures the traditional Indian flavour profile in a measured, repeatable blend.
Today the range is FSSAI licensed, 100% vegetarian and manufactured in Wave City, Gautam Buddha Nagar — designed for chefs, tested through long tandoor roasting, and trusted to keep meat moist from the first service of the day to the last.
